Every house or premises must have a direct and separate connection with the main sewer in the street or alley. The connection of two (2) or more houses or premises with the sewers from one pipe will not be permitted. Responsibility of the property owner begins at the connection of the sewer main in the street to the lateral sewer servicing the owner's property. (Ord. 2023-12, 4-25-2023)
