Prior to filing an application, an applicant for a planned residential development must hold, under common ownership or control, the entire area proposed to be subject to the planned residential development including, without limitation: all common areas within buildings; common open space; landscaping; exterior maintenance areas; and all other exterior aspects of the development. Any change in ownership during the pendency of an application must be reported immediately to the Village Administrator, and failure to provide this updated information is grounds for denial or revocation of any approval granted.
