The violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day or part thereof on which a violation occurs or continues or is permitted to occur or continue. Each day on or during which any person violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 2020-14, 8-10-2020)
