5-9D-1: PURPOSE:

Accessory animal licenses are established to provide a mechanism for the lawful keeping of certain classes of animals that are uncommon in residential areas and that, if kept improperly, would injure the public health, safety, comfort, convenience, and general welfare. (Ord. 2021-2, 2-8-2021)
