10-16-10: COORDINATION OF DESIGN REVIEW:

All properties in the RIO District are subject to design review by the Architectural Board of Review pursuant to section 10-2C-6 of this title. Where RIO Development Plan review is also required pursuant to section 10-16-8 of this chapter, these reviews shall be coordinated and acted upon concurrently by the Village Board of Trustees.
