10-9-8: NONCONFORMING FENCES:

Except for dangerous fences, any fence in existence as of the effective date hereof that does not comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the nonconforming structure regulations contained in chapter 8 of this title. (Ord. 2003-2, 1-27-2003)
