10-3-5: ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND:
Any and all territory hereafter annexed to the Village shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, included in the Country Estate Residence District (C-E) until and unless otherwise hereafter provided by ordinance after a public hearing by the PCZBA in the manner provided by law. (Ord. 87-38, 12-14-1987; amd. Ord. 2012-10, 4-9-2012, eff. 5-1-2012)
