9-18-1: ADOPTION OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE INTERNATIONAL PLUMBING CODE:
Chapter 11 of the 2018 International Plumbing Code is hereby adopted (hereinafter the “Stormwater Drainage Code”), which is incorporated as if fully set forth herein, to regulate stormwater drainage. (Ord. 2016-7, 3-28-2016, eff. 7-1-2016; amd. Ord. 2023-14, 5-8-2023)
