9-16-1: ADOPTION OF INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE:
There is hereby adopted by the village the 2018 International Existing Building Code (hereinafter the “Existing Building Code”), which is incorporated as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 2016-7, 3-28-2016, eff. 7-1-2016; amd. Ord. 2023-14, 5-8-2023)
