9-13-10: APPLICATION TO PENDING AND PRIOR BUILDING PERMITS:
The provisions of this chapter, as hereby amended, shall not be deemed to require any change in the plans or construction of any new or existing building in the event that:
A.   A full and complete building permit for construction of a building or structure in any residential zoning district (as opposed to a permit for the demolition of a building or structure or the construction of a foundation) was lawfully issued prior to the effective date hereof; and
B.   Such permit had not by its own terms expired prior to such effective date; and
C.   Construction pursuant to such permit is commenced prior to the expiration of such permit and within one hundred eighty (180) days of such effective date and is diligently pursued to completion. (Ord. 2013-4, 2-25-2013)
