There is hereby adopted by the Village the same version of the International Energy Conservation Code as adopted and updated by the State of Illinois in Section 600.110 of the Illinois Energy Conservation Code, Ill. Admin. Code tit. 71, § 600.110 (hereinafter the “Energy Code”), which Energy Code is incorporated as if fully set forth herein. The provisions of the Illinois Energy Conservation Act, 20 Illinois Compiled Statutes 1115/1 et seq., and the Energy Code, shall apply to all buildings as specified in the Act and Energy Code, respectively, and all buildings in the Village of Lake Bluff including residential structures.
