The 2018 edition of the International Residential Code, as promulgated and published by the International Code Council, Inc. (“international residential code”), is hereby adopted by reference. The international residential code applies to all single-family detached dwellings and two-family dwellings and all buildings and structures accessory thereto that are expressly regulated by the international residential code.
Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the international residential code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this code with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes hereinafter prescribed.
