The Building Commissioner may revoke any permit or approval issued under the provisions of this Title for any of the following reasons: i) any false statement or misrepresentation of fact in the application or on the plans and other documents on which the permit or approval was based; ii) any violation of any applicable provision of this Title or any other code or ordinance, or iii) any material deviation from any approved plan, drawing, or specification.
