8-2-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the Village of Lake Bluff through the regulation of the Village water works and sewage works and, to the maximum extent practical, and to comply with the requirements of state and Federal law.
