Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, where no other penalty is provided, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than the maximum provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which the violation occurs or continues.
