6-1-2: RIDING ON CERTAIN VEHICLES OR PARTS OF VEHICLES:
A.   Bicycles, Toy Vehicles, Skates:
1.   Bicycles, Motorcycles, Toy Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person riding a bicycle, motorcycle or any toy vehicle on any street, to cling to or to attach himself or his vehicle to any moving motor vehicle or wagon. (1970 Code § 25.29)
2.   Skates, Coasters: It shall be unlawful for any person upon skates, rollerblades, skateboards 1 , line skates, a coaster, sled or other toy vehicle to go upon any roadway other than at a crosswalk. (1970 Code § 25.30; amd. 2009 Code)
B.   Riding On Fenders, Running Boards: It shall be unlawful for any person to ride upon the fenders, running board or outside step of any vehicle. (1970 Code § 25.31)
