Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than the maximum provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each and every offense. (1988 Code § 7-1A-5; amd. 2009 Code)
