The following standards and regulations shall apply to vehicles:
A. Permanent Location Prohibited: No vehicle stored outdoors on a lot in a residence district or on public property shall have its wheels removed or be affixed to the ground so as to prevent the vehicle's ready removal.
B. Residential Use Prohibited: No vehicle shall be used for living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes at any time while parked or stored in the village.
C. Utility Hookups: No vehicle shall be connected to any public utility at any time, except for required servicing.
D. Unsafe Conditions: No vehicle shall be parked or stored anywhere in the village so as to create a dangerous or unsafe condition. The ground under or surrounding the location wherein any vehicle is parked or stored shall be free from weeds, debris or combustible material. (Ord. 95-3, 2-27-1995)
