2-6-3: DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS:

The village treasurer shall receive the monies paid to the village in accordance with title 1, chapter 8, article F of this code and shall pay to the treasurer of the fire insurance board all such monies into an account designated as the "foreign fire insurance account". (Ord. 93-13, 7-26-1993)
