2-6-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures and standards for the management and administration of foreign fire insurance taxes collected by the village pursuant to title 1, chapter 8, article F of this code and 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-10-1 and 5/11-10-2.
