Meetings of the board of health may be called by the president of said board, who shall designate the time and place of such meetings. Meetings of said board of health may also be called by the village president, who shall designate the time and place of such meetings, or by a written notice signed by the other two (2) members of said board of health, which notice shall state the time and place of such meetings and the purpose for which they are called.
