1-10-1: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The village administrator shall be authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations for the implementation of the Illinois freedom of information act 1 . All requests made pursuant to the Illinois freedom of information act shall be in accordance with such rules and regulations. (2009 Code)
