11-4-7: INSPECTIONS:

The code enforcement officer shall be allowed access to all golf course land in order to determine whether all such golf course land is being maintained in compliance with the requirements specified in this chapter. Inspections may be made on a random basis or in conjunction with a complaint received by the village. (Ord. 2011-O-01, 3-1-2011)
