All turf and landscape plants which are part of any existing golf course shall be maintained in good and playable condition, and such obligation for ongoing maintenance shall be binding upon all of the owner(s) of record of any such golf course, including, but not limited to, the beneficiaries of any trust holding title thereto, any tenant(s), manager(s), superintendent(s), or person(s) similarly situated, of such golf course(s) and any receiver or financial institution or person(s) similarly situated having possession of or exercising legal or de facto control or management of such golf course(s).
