11-4-3: APPLICABILITY:

This chapter shall be applicable to and shall regulate any and all golf courses within the corporate limits of the village, unless such golf course is specifically exempted by a separate village ordinance from the regulatory provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2011-O-01, 3-1-2011)
