Any person, corporation, partnership, association, or other entity who or which violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine of not less than such amount as specified in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that any violation of this article shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2018-O-18, 9-4-2018)
