11-1-9: PERMITS TO PLANT OR REMOVE TREES OR SHRUBS IN PUBLIC PLACES:
It shall be unlawful to plant, remove or cut down any tree or shrub within any public street or right-of-way or other public place without having first secured a permit therefor from the Village as provided for in this chapter. (Ord. 2018-O-18, 9-4-2018)
