A. Public Hearings: From time to time, the Plan Commission shall initiate and conduct public hearings to consider changes or additions to the provisions and regulations for subdivision control that it deems necessary or advisable.
B. Recommendation Of Plan Commission; Adoption: The Plan Commission shall recommend in writing to the Board of Trustees, changes or additions to the subdivision regulations after holding a public hearing. Such changes or additions shall become effective after their adoption by the Board of Trustees by the passage of an amendment to the Subdivision Regulations of the Village. (Ord. 89-O-6, 2-7-1989)
