9-6-1: SUBDIVIDER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
All required improvements shall be made by the subdivider at the subdivider's expense without reimbursement of any kind or nature by or from the Village. Nothing shall be construed to require the subdivider to file a performance guarantee or deposit other security until the subdivider's final plat has been approved by the Board of Trustees in all other respects and the subdivider has been notified of such approval, provided, however, such performance guarantee shall be filed with the Village prior to execution of the plat by any officials of the Village.
