9-5-1: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
All subdivisions shall comply with the design standards set forth below, and the construction of all subdivision improvements shall also be in accordance with, and materials used shall be in compliance with, the methods and materials required in the appropriate sections of the latest editions, amendments, or revisions of the following:
   A.   All applicable Village ordinances, standards, and specifications as adopted.
   B.   "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction", Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).
   C.   "Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois", Illinois Society of Professional Engineers, et al.
   D.   "Illinois Design Standards for Sewage Works", Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), Division of Water Pollution Control.
   E.   "Technical Policy Statements", IEPA, Division of Public Water Supply.
   F.   Lake County Board of Health ordinances, Lake County Health Department.
   G.   "Watershed Development Ordinance", Lake County Stormwater Management Commission.
   H.   "Procedures and Standards for Urban Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control in Illinois", the Urban Committee of the Association of Illinois Soil and Water Conservation Districts (commonly known as the "green book").
   I.   "Standards and Specifications for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control", IEPA (commonly known as the "yellow book").
   J.   "U.S. Soil Conservation Service Field Engineering Handbook".
   K.   "Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices", U.S. Department of Transportation and Illinois Department of Transportation supplement.
   L.   "Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Manual", IDOT Division of Highways.
   M.   "Drainage Manual", IDOT Bureau of Bridges and Structures.
   N.   "Culvert Manual", IDOT Bureau of Bridges and Structures.
Where the regulations imposed by any provision of this title are either more restrictive or less restrictive than comparable regulations for the same site imposed by any other provision of this Code, the above stated references, or any other law, ordinances, resolution, rule or regulation of any kind, the regulations which are more restrictive or which impose higher standards or requirements shall govern.
