9-4-1: PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISIONS:
All applicants for subdivision approval shall notify the Village Clerk of their intention to subdivide land within the subdivision jurisdiction of the Village. (Ord. 89-O-06, 2-7-1989)
