Each lot in every residential district in the Village containing a minimum area of two hundred thousand (200,000) square feet and containing an area not in excess of ten (10) acres or four hundred thirty five thousand six hundred (435,600) square feet shall be known and referred to as a Countryside Unit. Countryside Units shall meet the provisions of the residential district in which they are located in regard to permitted uses, residential building height, residential building area and yards associated with a residential building.
