8-5-1-7: BUILDING AREA:

One-story dwellings shall have a total ground floor area of not less than one thousand six hundred (1,600) square feet. Dwellings having more than one story shall have not less than one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet of ground floor area with a total of not less than two thousand (2,000) square feet.
