A. The International Code Council International Energy Conservation Code, edition as referenced in 20 ILCS 3125, and also known as the "Illinois Energy Conservation Code", or as the "Lake Barrington Energy Conservation Code", a copy of which was on file in the Office of the Village Clerk for inspection and/or copying by the public for at least thirty (30) days prior to adoption thereof, be and is hereby adopted by reference.
B. The following additions and/or amendments to the Lake Barrington Energy Conservation Code are hereby made, which shall read as follows: NONE. (Ord. 2020-O-05, 2-4-2020)
