It shall be considered a conflict of interest and in violation of this Chapter if a relative of any existing elected or appointed Village officer having the following relationship to such Village officer: spouse, descendant, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or cousin becomes employed by the Village, directly or indirectly.
