A. Regulations Adopted: That certain printed document entitled the National Electrical Code 2017 edition, published by the National Fire Protection Association, Quincy, Massachusetts, a copy of which was on file in the Office of the Village Clerk for inspection and/or copying by the public for at least thirty (30) days prior to adoption hereof, be and is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this title as the rules and regulations governing the installation, alteration and use of electrical equipment and wiring in the Village; and it shall be unlawful for any person to install or alter, or cause to be installed or altered, any electrical equipment or wiring in violation of or without complying with those rules and regulations, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Code, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, as set forth below.
B. Amendments, Deletions, Additions, Modifications: The following amendments, deletions, additions and modifications are hereby made to the National Electrical Code as adopted in subsection A of this section: None. (Ord. 2011-O-07, 4-6-2011; amd. Ord. 2020-O-05, 2-4-2020)
