A. Definition: "Nonconforming building or structure" is defined as an existing building or structure or part or appurtenance thereof not in conformance with this title.
B. Repair Work: Any repair work shall require a written application and permit and shall be limited to necessary repairs only on the existing structure unless the building or part thereof is made to conform in whole or part with the requirements of this title.
C. Alterations: Any altering or enlarging of the nonconforming building or structure shall be done in a manner conforming with this title. (Ord. 2011-O-07, 4-6-2011)
