4-3-10: NUMBER OF ANIMALS LIMITED:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to maintain a kennel on any lot or parcel within the Village, except as specifically permitted by section 8-5-1 of this Code.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to keep or maintain on any lot or parcel within the Village, for any length of time, more than three (3) dogs, each of which is more than one year old, or more than three (3) cats, each of which is more than one year old, except as specifically permitted by section 8-5-1 of this Code.
