4-3-6: ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE; LEASH REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to permit any "dog" or other "domestic animal" as defined herein to run "at large", which is hereby defined as being off the property of the owner or keeper of such domestic animal, unless such animal is secured on a leash or physical restraint of strength sufficient to exercise control over such animal. (Ord. 99-O-05, 3-2-1999)
