4-3-3: ANIMALS DISTURBING THE PEACE; NOISY ANIMALS:
It shall be unlawful for a dog or other animal to disturb the peace by repeated noise, and repeated noise for the purposes of this provision shall mean any barking or other noise which occurs or reoccurs more than twice during any twenty four (24) hour period. It shall also be unlawful for any animal to disturb the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night. The owner and keeper of such a dog or other animal shall be jointly and severally liable for any violation of this section. (Ord. 99-O-05, 3-2-1999)
