4-3-2: CRUELTY TO ANIMALS:
No person shall cruelly treat any animal. Any person who inhumanely beats, mistreats, underfeeds or abandons any animal shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this section. (Ord. 99-O-05, 3-2-1999)
