4-1-5-5: REFUSING TO AID AN OFFICER:
No person shall upon command refuse or knowingly fail to aid a person known by him to be a peace officer of the Village in:
   A.   Apprehending a person whom the officer is authorized to apprehend; or
   B.   Preventing the commission by another of any offense. (Ord. 94-O-18, 8-19-1994)
