4-1-5-2: RESISTING OR OBSTRUCTING OFFICER, EMPLOYEE:
No person shall knowingly resist or obstruct the performance by one known to the person to be an officer or employee of the Village of any authorized act within his official capacity. (Ord. 94-O-18, 8-19-1994)
