4-1-4-6: DISCHARGING FIREARMS:

It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearms or airguns in the Village; provided, that this Section shall not be construed to prohibit any peace officer from discharging a firearm in the performance of such officer's duty; nor any citizen from discharging a firearm when lawfully defending his or her person or property. (Ord. 94-O-18, 8-19-1994)
