4-1-3-1: MISSILES; HARMFUL ITEMS ON STREETS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile on any street, road, highway or other public place in the village.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks or other similar articles on any street, road, highway or other public place in the village. (Ord. 94-O-18, 8-19-1994)
