The provisions of the Illinois Administrative Code, title 32, "Energy", chapter II, "Illinois Emergency Management Agency", subchapter b, "Radiation Protection", part 422, "Regulations For Radon Service Providers", as such provisions presently exist and as may be amended hereafter from time to time, are hereby adopted as part of this Village Code. The mitigation standards for the existing housing and new residential housing shall apply to the installation, maintenance, and/or alteration of all radon remediation systems within the Village of Lake Barrington.
