2-3-1: PURPOSE:

This chapter is enacted in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of the Village and to provide standards for the sound and careful control and regulation of the sale and distribution of alcoholic liquor. (Ord. 93-O-11, 4-22-1993)
