2-2-16: RECOVERY OF FEES:

Whenever any business license hereunder has been revoked or suspended pursuant to this chapter, the business licensee shall not be refunded any monies that have been paid for said business license. All fees for applications for any business license are nonrefundable. (Ord. 2018-O-17, 8-7-2018; amd. Ord. 2022-O-15, 12-6-2022)
