It shall be the duty of any person or entity establishing, conducting, maintaining, and/or operating any licensed business, establishment, or occupation (other than a home occupation) in the Village to keep his, her, or its business license posted at all times in a prominent place on the premises where such business, establishment, or occupation is located and operated (the "Licensed Premises").
