A. No business license shall be issued or renewed hereunder for the conduct of any business, occupation, establishment, or related activity within any B (Business), O (Office and Research), or M (Manufacturing and Industrial) Zoning District of the Village, and no other license or any other permit shall be issued for any thing or act, if the premises and/or building to be used for the purpose in which such business or occupation is or will be conducted does not fully comply with the requirements of this Chapter and all other applicable provisions of this Village Code. No business license shall be issued except for the premises specified in the application for such business license, and any such business license shall be issued only for and shall be applicable only to the premises specified in the respective application form, and no other(s).
B. An existing business licensee desiring to relocate the subject business, occupation, establishment, or related activity to a new location in the Village shall provide to the Village Clerk thirty (30) days prior written notice of any such relocation and shall reapply for an amended business license for the proposed new location, and the original business license shall be null and void.
C. No home occupation shall be permitted by the Village which is or would be in violation of any provisions of title 8 of this Village Code or be in violation of any other applicable provision of this Village Code. (Ord. 2001-O-18, 6-5-2001; amd. Ord. 2022-O-15, 12-6-2022)
